We can help with:

  • Analyzing a new business idea

  • Business plan development

  • Marketing plan development

  • Financial management

  • Making human resources and staffing decisions

  • Designing new product introduction strategies

  • Buying or selling a business

To make an appointment with a counselor, we ask that you attend an Orientation session.  At the Orientation session you will learn about our counseling services, training opportunities, and CCD's process for applying for a loan.  Attending Orientation will provide you with the background you need so we can focus on your particular needs during your first counseling session.

After you've attended Orientation, you may make an appointment with the business counselor of your choice.

Orientation
1st Wednesday of every month:  5 to 6 pm
3rd Wednesday of every month:  9 to 10
